Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator. This role involves working closely with customers and logistics partners to coordinate deliveries efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and comfortable working with spreadsheets, order tracking, and e-commerce systems. They will be responsible for sending order confirmations and thank-you emails to customers, liaising with customers to provide clear and timely updates on furniture delivery timeframes, coordinating weekly logistics spreadsheets for interstate deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of delivery schedules and customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in customer service, logistics, or e-commerce operations, and experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and professional customer emails, and you'll also need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours, disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work, and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as 'Independent Contractor').
