Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist


Minimum Qualifications\
  • Open to candidates with experience in CSR/TSR/RTA.
  • Graduate in any discipline or at least 2nd year college diploma required.
  • Able to work from home with high-speed internet (15mbps download and upload).
  • Must have their own computer/laptop.
  • At least 1 year experience in BPO or similar field necessary.
  • Strong oral English communication skills are essential.
  • Flexible to work night shifts.
Job Responsibilities\
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting operations.
  • Source, pre-screen candidates, and provide regular updates on application status.
  • Adhere to standard US processes and ensure accurate information and communication when inviting applicants.
  • Communicate consistently with assigned sites on show-up information for invited candidates.
  • Track adherence to sourcing workflow process and provide feedback on related issues and concerns.
  • Ensure efficient workflow process execution.
  • Maintain data confidentiality by keeping information secure on shared drives.
  • Execute special projects as required.
  • Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager.
  • Adhere to company standards for time and attendance/allowed break hours, leave's protocols.
  • Complete work-related tasks assigned from time to time.
