APAC Revenue Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee revenue operations in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance in terms of gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive performance, focusing on key metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and effective execution of strategies.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all regional operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in P&L management of a Product, Category, or Business Unit within an E-commerce environment.
  • A proven track record of driving regional performance and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
