Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist who is proficient in n8n, Make (Integromat) and Google Apps Script. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build workflows that streamline internal operations, eliminate manual tasks and support scalable growth.

  • Design and Deploy End-to-End Automation Workflows:
  • Connect APIs, CRMs, E-commerce Platforms, Spreadsheets and Internal Tools:
  • Troubleshoot Broken Workflows and Improve System Reliability and Scalability:
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CS, Finance and Operations Teams:
  • Document All Automation Flows, Logic Paths and Key Processes:
  • Maintain a Repository of Reusable Scripts and Modules:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The successful candidate will be measured on the following KPIs:

  • Deliver and Deploy at Least 3 Major Automation Flows Per Month:
  • Reduce Manual Hours in Specific Teams by 30%+ Within the First 90 Days:
  • Maintain a Workflow Uptime of 95%+
