Process Analytics Specialist Role

Our company seeks an accomplished Process Analytics Specialist to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role requires expertise in process mining, data engineering, and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop process mining models using Celonis or similar tools to optimize operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Build Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and compliance gaps.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining, data engineering, and business analytics.
  • Strong background in SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
