Job Position:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in building scalable and intelligent backend systems while collaborating across the stack to shape our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead backend architecture and development for core product areas
  • Design and implement high-performance APIs and data pipelines
  • Own complex insurance data workflows, integrations, and claims processing logic
  • Integrate with external APIs such as insurance providers and practice management systems
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end features
  • Mentor engineers and influence engineering best practices
  • Take full ownership of feature development from planning through to deployment
  • Help shape our technical roadmap in a fast-paced, product-driven environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong backend focus
  • Solid command of Python, API design, and backend architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver end-to-end projects
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with healthcare or insurance data workflows
  • Experience with job queues, task processing, or background workers
  • Knowledge of Docker and cloud-native deployment workflows
