">We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advocate.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for owning customer communications from initial request through to resolution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Becoming an expert in all areas of our platform, including its capabilities and features.
- Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
- Collecting customer feedback and influencing the direction of our product.
- Identifying issues and escalating them to the development team to resolve or obtain missing information.
- Developing and improving processes to scale support with the growing business.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including knowledge base articles and internal resources.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers, Retention, Implementation, and Marketing.
