Program Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of various programs and projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Product Team consisting of Planners, Process Engineers, VMC programmers, and Production Supervisors to achieve stated aims and goals.
  2. Develop, control, plan & execute Order fulfillment and escalation path for customer.
  3. Collaborate with Functional Managers to provide concept of idea, planning, scheduling and organizing the program for executions, monitoring and controlling for program management life cycle.
  4. Support product and factory growth through NPI transfers via PDP gates into normal production.
  5. Establish and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for presentation in management meetings.
  6. Develop and sustain productivity improvements using data analysis and related manufacturing tools.
  7. Ensure processes are in place to alert Management of potential or actual risk in completing Customer orders and planned program/ projects and the impact of the risk.
  8. Collaborate with Supply chains, supplier development and strategic sourcing and procurement team to support production capacity targets.
  9. Ensure timely management reporting with data analytics supports are published.
  10. Actively participate and support company's quality policy according to corporate standards, lead a culture of Zero Defects standard, deploy required tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plans, OCAP, DMAIC) and data analysis within cross functional teams to achieve committed results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or quality environment related to high precision, high mix machine shop environment with at least 5 years' managerial experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application, Knowledge on ISO 9001 standards, data analytics and statistics.
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility, Technical Expertise, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Communication, Teamwork, Accountability & Results Driven, Customer Focus, Safety & Policy Compliance.
