Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Sales and Marketing Director to lead our food and beverage brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of today's consumer behavior and how to create bold, memorable brand reinforcements across multiple channels.

This role requires hands-on leadership, data-informed decision-making, and a high level of creativity and execution to drive growth and expand market share.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales operations and marketing within the food & beverage, lifestyle, or retail industries.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and growth strategies.
  • Capable of leading cross-functional teams with creativity, and execution discipline.
  • Highly collaborative, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize daily sales operations across all touchpoints (dine-in, take-out, online, corporate).
  • Build performance dashboards and KPIs for sales teams.
  • Develop incentive and retention programs to motivate high performance.

Business Development

  • Explore and activate new business opportunities such as partnerships, events, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach.
  • Expand reach to new customer segments and locations.
  • Analyze market trends and identify expansion strategies.
  • Drive the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity to align with market trends and business goals.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Develop initiatives to build customer engagement and loyalty

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales/marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in managing a multi-branch or multi-channel F&B brand preferred.
  • Strong grasp of tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, analytics dashboards, and marketing platforms.
