Organizational Development Specialist

The incumbent oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs for Accounting, Finance, and Treasury Departments.
About the Role:- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge through various learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs, design and deliver engaging training sessions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Design, develop, and implement learning strategies to achieve business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and assessment results.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Master's degree in a related field such as Education, Training and Development, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
