- Oversight of key client accounts, ensuring alignment with objectives, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Increase account growth through strategic, value-add discussions.
- Continually improve client retention and overall client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting to client audiences, and have a proven track record of successfully growing accounts. They should be flexible in their schedule, as clients have a global presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly oversee the relationship of key accounts.
- Prepare and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Promote team-wide knowledge sharing and learning from account experience.
Candidates should have 1+ years of account/client management experience, with a full understanding of the BPO or Contact Center space. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record of successfully growing accounts.
