Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing assigned accounts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction;
  • Processing orders efficiently and effectively while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately;
  • Maintaining regular communication throughout the order processing and fulfillment stages;
  • Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely product availability;
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that benefit the client's business;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
  • At least 1+ year of relevant experience and success in B2B or Enterprise Account Management, Stakeholder Management, and Client Coordination Roles;
  • Strong ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing;
  • Problem-solving skills with capacity to identify issues and provide viable solutions;
  • Time management and organization skills with capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively;
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite;
  • Goal and results-oriented with track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth environment;
  • Relentlessly driven and willing to tackle challenges;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments;
