Job Description:

As a key member of the accounting team at INOAC PHILIPPINES CORPORATION, you will be responsible for preparing financial documents, managing ledgers, and processing invoices. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Managing ledgers, processing invoices, and preparing VAT returns.
  • Management of petty cash transactions.
  • Scheduling and releasing/issuance of checks.
  • Monitor petty cash transactions.
  • Validation of invoices and other accounting-related documents.
  • Other tasks assigned by higher management.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Accountancy Graduate.
  • At least 1 year experience in Accounting or OJT in the accounting department.
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills, attentive to details.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001.
