Job Description
FHT ENGINEERING SERVICES is seeking an Office Administrator to join its dynamic team in Davao City. As a full-time member of the administrative department, you will provide key support to ensure the smooth operation.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements as needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools
