
Sales Growth Associate

This is a full-time position for a sales/supply professional. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, building customer relationships, conducting training sessions, and managing sales operations.
We are seeking an individual who can confidently and clearly communicate the value of our platform to small businesses and vendors. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Reach out to small businesses and vendors to introduce them to our platform
- Communicate the value of joining our platform
- Manage and track outreach using HubSpot CRM
- Support the vendor onboarding process and handoff to internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and operations to refine strategy and improve performance
We operate in a two-sided marketplace, helping connect service providers and homeowners. We utilize our flagship "happening soon" section to tell homeowners what service visits are upcoming in their neighborhoods and allow them to join in on the service for a discounted rate.
Requirements- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer savvy, with hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Bonus points if you've worked in a marketplace, SaaS, or vendor-facing startup environment
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong work ethic and a passion for doing things right
- Excellent communication skills
