Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales while working with cutting-edge software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team. They will also be expected to research and identify potential customers using various tools and databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system

  • •Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points

  • •Present our SaaS solution's value proposition effectively

  • •Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives

  • •Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle

  • •Achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation

  • •Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM

  • •Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead qualification processes

  • •Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights

  • •Support Account Executives during handoff and early sales stages

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • •1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development

  • •Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • •Strong phone presence and professional demeanor

  • •Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar)

  • •Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
