Technical Support Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a fractional capacity. This role requires expertise in technical support, customer interactions via inbound and outbound calls, product demonstrations, and CRM systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues and product inquiries.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
  • Provide tech support and troubleshooting assistance with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, offering tailored solutions and support.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of interactions and resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts.
  • Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a remote work setting.
