Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to assist us in scaling our e-commerce store and operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and track tasks using Microsoft Planner
  • Schedule weekly team meetings, handle follow-ups, and plan business travel
  • Conduct research, communicate effectively, and set appointments
Required Skills:
  • Experience with calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Planner task tracking
  • Proficiency with Shopify admin and Printful dashboard
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to schedule and manage team meetings
  • Knowledge of travel planning and research techniques
  • Excellent written communication skills
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Basic knowledge of analytics or performance reporting
  • Comfort with Microsoft Planner for task management
