
Executive Support Specialist

The role of Executive/Operations Admin is pivotal in ensuring smooth internal and external operations, optimizing processes, coordinating teams, and fostering a collaborative culture.
This individual will be responsible for managing daily operations for efficient workflows, identifying and implementing process improvements, developing and enforcing operational policies, aligning engineering, marketing, and product teams on goals, serving as liaison with external stakeholders, organizing meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions, leading high-priority projects meeting deadlines, using tools like Asana or Trello for tracking progress, reporting project outcomes to leadership, assisting with budgeting and resource planning, managing vendor relations and contracts, overseeing expenses within budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring and mitigating operational risks, contributing to operational strategy development, supporting scaling efforts and resource planning, refining processes for growth and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3-5 years experience in operations or project management
- Familiarity with tools like Asana and Slack
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge of blockchain/DeFi, especially the Solana ecosystem
