About the Role

As a Recruitment Administration Specialist, you will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account. You'll support our success by managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include completing reports and trackers accurately and to deadlines, building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes, and reviewing processes to identify areas of improvement.

This role requires experience in working with various administration activities in the human resources or recruitment spaces, direct client or stakeholder engagement, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
