Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Virtual Assistant to manage Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who thrives on accountability and has in-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.

This role involves end-to-end account management, including creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings, managing shipments from creation to delivery, and conducting daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In addition to the required skills and qualifications, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow with a stable and fast-paced team, providing general account health and maintenance support.

  • Account Management:
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
  • Manage shipments from creation to successful delivery.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor account health & performance metrics, fixing issues before they escalate.

Your Toolbox:
