About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our Amazon presence and drive sales through optimized product listings and targeted advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising platform, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion, planning and executing Amazon ad campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth, and responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews.

The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of driving high-performing content and hands-on experience with A/B testing and a data-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to craft compelling messaging and product features that meet customer needs.
  • Evaluate competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in concept, style, and functionality.
Listing Optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform keyword research and enhance titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Advertising
  • Plan and execute Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Customer Engagement
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Use customer feedback to guide product and service improvements and drive business growth.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Deep understanding of Amazon ads and listing optimization principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Soft Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, results-driven teams.
  • Low ego, high resilience, strong appetite for testing and iteration.
  • Passion for advertising and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
