Backend Case Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Backend Case Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will own backend troubleshooting across Seller Central, submitting and managing cases, escalating issues, and ensuring ASINs remain live, optimized, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning case submissions in Amazon Seller Central related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
  • Acting as the go-to expert for backend resolution – ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintaining organized case history, tracking response timelines, and following through on escalations.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon’s compliance requirements.
  • Supporting day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience – with special attention to supplement-specific regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues – ideally within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon’s internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon’s restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
