Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Data Entry.
  • In-depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication both internally and externally.
  • Prioritize effectively, handle competing demands without dropping tasks, and manage routine tasks alongside urgent needs.
  • Reliable and able to consistently follow through on commitments.

This is a home-based role that requires flexibility and adaptability. Daily tasks will vary, and the ideal candidate will be able to adjust accordingly.
