Job Description: As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for handling service support calls, promoting, and cross-selling value-added services to various customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have at least 1 year BPO experience
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Must be willing to work onsite
