Customer Contact Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Contact Officer.

As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and social media.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and booking requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process refunds for cancelled and rescheduled events with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers across various support channels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage ticket orders, process refund and cancellations, and provide solutions to customer issues.
