Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Ambassador to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the best solutions for their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with inbound leads through phone calls and emails to qualify them based on their needs, budget, and interest level.
  2. Effectively present product/service offerings and demonstrate value propositions to guide leads through the sales process and close deals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  4. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Accurately track all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM to generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Customer Success Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong phone and email communication skills.
  4. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
