Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through various channels.

Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our organization.

  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Attend to inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients, addressing their concerns and answering questions in a professional manner.

Additionally, you will collect customer testimonials and handle reviews, playing a vital role in shaping our company's reputation and growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work from home. You must have a reliable internet connection and be comfortable working independently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will strive to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Requirements
  • 3-5+ years in telecommunications or a related field, preferably with experience in a BPO setting.
  • 1 year of experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
