Job Title: Talent Acquisitions Specialist

A career opportunity has arisen for a skilled Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can provide exceptional service to candidates throughout the hiring process. This includes managing candidate communication, internal communication with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone). They will also possess strong project management skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-touch concierge service to candidates throughout the hiring process
  2. Manage all candidate communication and internal communication with hiring managers
  3. Perform video screening interviews following a script
  4. Ensure applicant tracking system integrity and create a positive candidate experience
  5. Schedule candidates for interviews while managing calendars and communicating effectively with multiple hiring managers
  6. Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team
  7. Create and maintain a great candidate experience through the interview process from initial outreach to onboarding
  8. Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
  9. Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System
  10. Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of administrative experience
  2. Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and follow through
  3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  4. Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  5. Strong and stable internet connection for disruption-free video and audio calls
  6. Quiet environment with a professional background for video interviews

  3. Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources
