About the role

As a Nurse Support Associate - Non Voice at Office Symmetry, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with non-voice interactions. This full-time position is based in Tunasan Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, where you will be part of a vibrant and collaborative team that delivers exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers on a range of healthcare-related topics
  3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. PH Registered nurse (RN)
  2. Experience in OASIS (Outcome & Assessment Information Set) or MDS (Minimum Data Set
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment and bedside clinical experience
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries
  6. Proficiency in written and verbal English
  7. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and customer service best practices
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
