JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Sales Associate plays a key role in growing company revenue by supervising and coordinating the daily activities of sales. He/She is also responsible for providing long-term relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales-Related:

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling through various channels
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing and business development team to reach prospective clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients

Service Delivery:

  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts · Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

Administrative Function:

  • Keep records of client transactions
  • Prepare and helps ensure that proposals/contracts and other required client documentations are signed
  • Report preparation on sales related initiatives for better management decision
  • Process paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of 4 year Business or IT related course
