About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Ramosco Group of Companies. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets within your assigned region. You will lead a team of sales representatives and coordinate their activities to ensure effective sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and target goals
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand business opportunities and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the success of the sales team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
