Sales Operations

As a Regional Sales Manager at Ramosco Group of Companies, you will be responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within your designated area. Your key responsibilities will include managing sales teams, implementing effective coverage plans, and analyzing sales data to identify business opportunities.

Organizational and People Development

You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining effective sales teams, route plans, and headcounts to achieve distribution objectives. This includes developing, managing, and motivating competent sales teams to achieve sales targets. You will also conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations of sales teams, as well as perform regular field visits to understand other business opportunities.

Trade Marketing and Merchandising

You will analyze trade and marketing opportunities, ensure that accounts are covered by assigned merchandisers, and ensure minimal trade returns. You will also ensure proper trade marketing executions at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales teams to achieve volume and distribution targets

• Analyze sales data to identify business opportunities
