Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our leadership team and contribute to our social media presence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with property management-related tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and communications.
  • Use project management software to track progress and deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
