Job Overview
ENGINEERINGUK is seeking an experienced Sr. FinOps Analyst, AWS AR to support our strategic customers in resolving billing issues, reconciling accounts, and driving monthly collection targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can recognize process improvements and implement positive changes.

About the Role
This position involves managing customer receivables, working to maximize Amazon's cash flow by solving payment issues, and maintaining relationships with customers through timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of customer receivables and work to maximize Amazon's cash flow by solving customer payment issues.
* Full cycle of accounts receivable past due balances, including research, analysis, and account reconciliations.
* Calling customers and scheduling resolution sessions to understand procure-to-pay cycles of our customers.
* Managing and resolving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivables.
* Managing internal and external Accounts Receivable inquiries.

Requirements
* A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
* Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar Finance & Accounting role as an Analyst or worked in a BPO industry catering to customer needs.
* Knowledge on Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
* Good Communications skills - Written & Verbal.
