Sr. FinOps Analyst - Payroll, Global Employee Receivables Management

Job Description:

  • Resolve employee receivables-related inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with various business units to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic decisions
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across functions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, collections, payroll, or finance
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts, with adaptability to changing priorities and situations
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Detailed knowledge of US Payroll operations, including tax regulations and compliance requirements
  2. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
