  3. Communication Support: Ensure timely communication and documentation.
  4. Task Prioritization: Strategically prioritize the executive's tasks to optimize their time.
  5. Goal Alignment: Align with the executive's objectives to promote an effective working relationship.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Provide support with communications, presentations, reports, and social media management.
  7. Research Assistance: Conduct necessary research as required by the executive.
  8. Premium Service: Cater to individual preferences and requirements of the executive.

Requirements:

  1. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in virtual assistant roles.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM, project management tools, and MS Office.
  4. Proven track record of high performance and a growth mindset.
  5. Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-starter with a proactive approach to goal setting and achievement.
  7. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
