Procurement Analyst

The successful candidate will support the Operations Director as a key contributor, designing and implementing a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, ensuring daily reconciliation of variances.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of logistics documentation and exceptions; escalate delays to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department.
  • Design and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with tools and best practices; self-drive professional development in analytics and supply-chain methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics or equivalent analytical experience.
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.
Key Skills:
  • Advanced Excel modelling and data visualisation.
  • Professional business English communication skills.
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up.
  • Process documentation.
  • Analytical mindset.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Basic SQL/Python programming skills for data automation.
  • Regulated supply-chain exposure.
  • Experience working on project teams.
Work Environment:
  • Daily morning (UK time) standup with Operations Director; admin tasks and database querying.
  • Weekly report generation, stakeholder chasing, system-feature tickets, and team All Hands meetings.
