Instructional Design Lead

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in instructional design and delivery to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality training materials, including scripts, reviews, and revisions, to meet strict standards and collaborate with subject matter experts for validation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met and participate in the implementation of training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, checking results, lessons learned, and implementation issues logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in ADDIE and SAM process, Bloom's Taxonomy, and other relevant instructional models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in writing training materials and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, and other learning theories.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and drive diverse workgroups to collaborative solutions.
  • Strong interest and commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering world-class customer service.
  • Ability to develop required materials as stipulated in project statements of work and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer or technical support service or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Bachelor's or college degree with a minimum of two years' experience in learning and development environment focusing on training curriculum design, development, and delivery.
