Case Management Specialist

As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored case management and support to individuals within the community. Your key objective is to safeguard the community and reduce reoffending by providing individualized supervision that addresses unique risks and needs.
Primary Responsibilities- Negotiate and resolve conflicts with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective service delivery.
- Work independently, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate expertise working within legislative frameworks that underpin core service delivery areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Communicate effectively through written and oral means, both internally and externally.
- Possess a valid Australian driver's licence (minimum C class).
- Be willing to work flexible hours, travel to different locations, or temporarily work from an alternate location as required.
- Complete a Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months of employment.
