About the Role

The Finance Manager is a vital member of our Client Finance Team, working closely with account teams, clients, corporate finance, and leadership. This role involves developing and maintaining annual budgets and monthly forecasts, managing and completing various reporting requirements, and contributing to operations understanding and managing their financials to achieve budgets and targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial plans and forecasts, including annual budgets and monthly projections
  • Manage and complete comprehensive reporting requirements, including variance analysis and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with corporate finance and manage C&W Services P&L, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Work with client teams on both client and corporate requirements, fostering effective partnerships and communication
  • Monitor and track financial contractual requirements, ensuring timely execution and adherence to agreements
About You / Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, controllership, operations support, and/or public accounting
  • Experience working with customers and being a business partner, leveraging expertise beyond traditional bookkeeping roles
  • Proven budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop and maintain accurate models
  • Experience with invoicing and purchase orders, ensuring seamless transactional flow
