Jacobs, a global leader in infrastructure and project delivery, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Expert to join our Global Finance team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage financial acumen to drive business growth, optimize performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Present financial insights and analysis to senior leaders, influencing key decisions and driving business forward.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial expertise into broader business strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve financial processes and capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related field.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to turn financial data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communicator with ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
