Job Title: Governance Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Governance Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide portfolio-level support to our Head of Programme Management, ensuring the smooth delivery of strategic initiatives across commercial, technical, and regulatory domains.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support in maintaining programme tracking materials from project leads, supporting delivery in line with our project methodology and governance standards, and assisting project managers with documentation, milestone tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and maintain accurate programme tracking materials from project leads.
  • Support delivery of projects in accordance with our project methodology and governance standards.
  • Assist project managers with documentation, milestone tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate across multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across business and technology teams.
