Regulatory Compliance Associate

The Regulatory Compliance Associate is responsible for coordinating all necessary government compliance submissions by working with internal departments and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regulatory Compliance Department in managing BIR compliance requirements;
  • Conduct regular fieldwork to meet with BIR representatives;
  • Submit branch applications for Authority to Print (ATP) and ensure compliance with any additional requirements;
  • Renew books of accounts for branches;
  • Receive and submit BIR correspondences;
  • Submit BIR reportorial requirements sent from our office;
  • Closely coordinate with the Regulatory Compliance Specialist and other Compliance Associates;
  • Ensure timely submission of all requirements sent;
  • Safeguard and maintain records of submitted government documents;
  • Provide assistance and respond to queries from internal departments to guarantee completion and submission of all pertinent requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or accounting-related field;
  • At least one year of administrative work experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Organization and analytical skills are essential;
  • Experience with handling BIR transactions is highly beneficial.
