Trust Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Trust Governance Specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various activities within the organization, including legal advisory and policy management services.
Key Responsibilities:- Legal Advisory:
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and assess risks associated with business decisions;
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure effective case management;
- Develop and review contracts, agreements, and correspondences with clients and stakeholders.
- Policy Management:
- Create, review, and update policies, procedures, and forms, communicating changes to relevant parties;
- Maintain and update the policies repository;
- Oversee the Manual of Policies and Procedures, ensuring timely reviews and revisions.
- Audit Support:
- Ensure data submissions to regulatory bodies and internal control units are accurate and complete;
- Assist in preparing audit responses and monitoring corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field;
- Proven experience in legal advisory, policy management, or auditing;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
