Job Title: Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with post sales administration tasks.
  • Follow up with clients and call customers to explain proposed designs and answer frequently asked questions.
  • Guide clients on signing documents and assist with ad-hoc operations.
  • Help with logistics of scheduling inspections and remove bottlenecks in processes.
  • Keep customers engaged and up to date through regular check-ins.
  • Follow up on deals and get them back on the calendar.
  • Help generate referrals and escalate issues to customer service.
  • Manage contractors' deals and compensation, and interact and coordinate with other team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and self-starting abilities.
  • Efficiency, proactiveness, and high organizational skills.
  • Honesty and strong work ethic are essential.

Industry/Tools Experience:

  • Salesforce, Calendly, Octa.
