The Student Success Care Services team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and care to learners worldwide. Our mission is to foster a positive learning environment, ensuring learners achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized care and support to learners via email, fostering a sense of community and addressing concerns promptly.
- Proactively identify and resolve learner issues, making thoughtful suggestions and taking appropriate actions to ensure effective resolution.
- Provide guidance on company policies, processes, and available resources, ensuring learners have access to relevant information.
- Review and evaluate learner data and metrics to identify at-risk learners, providing tailored advice and interventions to promote academic success.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of learner interactions and relevant data as required.
This role requires shift work, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our global learner base. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we strive to create a welcoming environment for learners from all backgrounds.
