Academic Operations Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating instructors, tracking student progress and providing quality customer service to ensure the success of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with instructors to deliver programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
- Perform payroll functions and other related tasks to support regional operations.
- Provide outstanding academic services including answering phones, managing daily business data and creating schedules.
- Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet efficiency targets.
- Monitor student progress and help execute programs and initiatives smoothly.
- Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust plans and renew enrollments.
- Experience handling payroll through ADP preferred.
- Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
- Proficient in using communication media including phone, video and email.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
