Educational Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Support Professional to join our team. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students and families through case management, coordination with instructors, tracking student progress, and delivering quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster positive relationships with students, families, and instructors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive support to students, including academic guidance, emotional support, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with instructors to develop personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and school administrators.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives that promote student success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in education or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and educators.
