Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate reports of test results and errors detected.
  • Define priorities and plan tests of system requirements.
  • Document system functionalities in quality control and software development cycles.
  • Communicate issues with urgency and write automated test scripts for speed of testing and software delivery.
  • Collaborate with development and product management teams to drive comprehensive requirements.
  • Analyze user requirements to create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases, detect errors, document them, and follow up for resolution.
  • Identify and report defects, verify fixes, and participate in agile development processes.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in testing, building, or supporting web applications.
  • Experience with APIs, client applications, ticketing systems, test case management software, and automated browser testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, database concepts, and API testing frameworks.
